These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "You") and OnlineRadioCodes ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By visiting our site, placing an order, or utilizing our unlocking services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our associated Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of this website and refrain from purchasing our digital services.
02 Description of Services
We provide automated and technician-assisted digital decoding services to calculate and retrieve factory anti-theft security unlock codes (PINs) for original manufacturer vehicle audio, navigation, and infotainment head units.
Our services are purely digital. No physical hardware, radio removal keys, or physical cards are shipped by mail unless specifically stated in a special promotion. The retrieved unlock code is delivered digitally via email and displayed on the user's confirmation screen.
03 Accuracy of User Information
Because car radio unlock codes are mathematically linked to the unique serial number imprinted on each physical stereo casing or electronic display, it is the customer's sole responsibility to provide the exact, accurate serial number, device number, and vehicle manufacturer.
You represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner or authorized custodian of the vehicle and audio unit for which you request a code. Our services must never be used in connection with stolen or illegally obtained audio equipment.
04 Pricing & Payments
Prices for factory radio code decoding are clearly indicated on each manufacturer's checkout page and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
All payments are processed securely through certified, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways, including Stripe and PayPal. We do not store or process your complete credit or debit card numbers on our servers.
05 Delivery Timelines
For automated database lookups (including Volkswagen, Audi, Škoda, and SEAT units), the unlock code is generated and displayed on screen, and sent via email within minutes.
Certain complex navigation units, Blaupunkt models, or rare serial sequences require manual database retrieval by our automotive technicians. For such models, delivery is completed within the estimated timeframe indicated at checkout (typically within 1 to 24 hours during standard operating hours).
06 Refunds & 100% Guarantee
We stand firmly behind our service. If a code provided by us fails to unlock your original factory radio, you are entitled to a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

All manufacturer names, trademarks, logos, model designations (e.g., Volkswagen, Audi, RCD, RNS, Symphony, Bolero) are used purely for identification and descriptive purposes to assist vehicle owners in identifying compatible audio equipment. All registered trademarks remain the exclusive property of their respective trademark holders.
08 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OnlineRadioCodes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
- Physical damage caused by improper radio removal or incorrect disassembly performed by the user;
- Stereos permanently locked ("BLOCKED / WAIT") due to excessive previous incorrect code attempts entered prior to purchasing our service;
- Pre-existing internal electronic defects or corrupted EEPROM firmware within the head unit.
In all cases, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific code order.
09 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
